1.) How do I hide non-participants’ videos on Zoom while watching a presentation?
ANSWER: There will be 3 dots in the right top corner of your screen, click on the 3 dots, then it will show “hide non-participants’ videos.”
2.) How does registration work on Zoom?
ANSWER: Once you log in, there will be a line of people waiting to be admitted, so once you get checked in, then you will be assigned to the Help Desk (Information Center) where you can ask different questions. (This will be in a different break-out room.)
3.) How do I log in on Zoom links?
ANSWER: The email address you registered with will be required to be used to log in. The emails will be sent to all of the members individually. Once you log in with your email address, you will be allowed in. Don’t allow others to use your email address.
4.) What does the painting event look like on July 16th at 5 PM EST?
ANSWER: Once you complete registration and get checked in, you will be entering the zoom link that will be assigned to the presenter of the painting event, Arial Holtzclaw, so this type of interaction will be passive style. There won’t be chats allowed through the screens, but you could always privately message the others through Zoom chat.
